House Washing

House & Siding Washing

House washing is about clearing the everyday stuff that builds up on siding: surface dirt, dust, pollen, cobwebs, and general grime. Ryan looks at your siding first — the material and its condition — and picks a cleaning approach that fits.

Not every surface should be hit with high pressure, so siding is usually cleaned with a lower-pressure, gentler approach rather than the strongest setting. Ryan will let you know what he can realistically clean up, and won’t promise that every mark or stain will come out.

Matched to the material. Vinyl, metal, wood, and fiber-cement siding don’t all clean up the same way. Ryan chooses the pressure and method based on what your home is actually made of.

Honest expectations. General dirt lifts easily. Older oil, rust, paint, or set-in stains and prior damage may not fully disappear — Ryan will tell you what to expect before starting.

Concrete & Hard Surfaces

Driveways, Sidewalks & Patios

Driveways, sidewalks, and patios can handle more pressure than siding, and cleaning them up makes a big difference in how the whole property looks.

How well concrete cleans up depends on its age, condition, and what’s on it. Some general dirt and grime rinse away easily, while older stains, oil spots, rust, paint, or damage that’s set in over the years may not come out completely. You’ll get an honest read on what’s realistic before any work begins.

Wood & Composite

Deck & Fence Cleaning

Wood, composite, and different finishes all react differently to cleaning, so decks and fences get a closer look before any work begins. Wood in particular shouldn’t just be blasted with high pressure — that can splinter or gouge the surface.

Ryan checks the material and its condition first and uses a gentler approach where it makes sense. If a deck or fence isn’t a good candidate for washing, he’ll tell you straight rather than risk doing harm.

Checked first. Not every deck or fence should be pressure washed. Send a photo and Ryan will let you know whether cleaning is a good fit for the material and its condition.

FAQ

Common Questions

What exterior surfaces can Ryan clean?

Siding, driveways, sidewalks, and patios — plus decks and fences when the material is a good fit. Ryan focuses on appropriately sized residential exterior cleaning.

Is house washing the same as high-pressure washing?

Not exactly. Siding and other more delicate surfaces are usually cleaned with a lower-pressure, gentler approach. Harder surfaces like concrete can take more pressure. Ryan matches the method to the surface.

Can every stain be completely removed?

Not always. General dirt and grime usually clean up well, but older or set-in stains, oil, rust, or paint may not come out completely. Ryan will give you an honest idea of what to expect.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily, as long as Ryan can reach the areas being cleaned and any water source that’s needed. You can work out the details when you schedule.

What should I do before Ryan arrives?

Moving cars, furniture, potted plants, and other loose items off the surfaces helps. If anything specific needs attention, point it out when you send photos.

Can pressure washing be combined with another cleanup service?

Yes, when scheduling allows. Exterior washing can often be paired with gutter cleaning, leaf removal, brush hauling, or junk removal.
